Your physician may request tests that vary from simple to complex such as:

  • Blood and fluid tests analyzed by skilled laboratory technicians
  • Diagnostic imaging (X-rays) to view the musculoskeletal system or internal organs, capturing detailed images of form and function. Images are analyzed by radiology physicians skilled at identifying irregularities.
  • Hearing tests monitored by an audiologist to help determine the source of hearing difficulties
  • Biopsies to collect a tissue sample for review by our pathologist to determine if cancer is present. Outpatient procedures such as colonoscopies and endoscopies are performed by our skilled surgeons to look for internal abnormalities.

All of these tests and more are performed by the skilled staff at Coshocton Regional Medical Center, using today’s remarkable technology to provide your physician with the knowledge he or she needs to make an accurate diagnosis.

We are all digital and have Radiologist reading 24/7; we partner with a national group of Radiologist, Radiology Partners, who serve more than 3,000 sites and Imaging centers. The protocols we follow and radiologist reports consistently follow quality standards utilized across the nation and several of our neighboring local facilities.

If you have questions about a diagnostic procedure, please talk with your doctor. Please explain to the skilled technician performing the test if you have any questions or are experiencing anxiety. He or she can help answer your questions and help you understand what to expect.
