The Coshocton Regional Medical Center Cardiac Rehabilitation Program can help you reach your goals to reduce your risk for future heart problems, increase your physical fitness, reduce your symptoms, improve your health and to return to a normal, active lifestyle.

Our program offers a series of phases that involve:

  • Monitored exercise
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Emotional support
  • Education and information about lifestyle changes

Our cardiac rehab program begins with exercises and stretching techniques that help you build self-confidence and reestablish your independence following a cardiac event. Included in the rehabilitation is a 12-week program that offers a variety of educational classes to increase your knowledge of heart disease topics. Your rehabilitation continues to evolve into a maintenance program that helps you stick with the habits you developed during the earliest phases of rehab.
