Comment on Your Care

Everyone has an opinion … and we would like to hear yours. If you have had a recent experience with Coshocton Regional Medical Center or any of our offices or hospital-based clinics, we would like to hear from you. Our staff is dedicated to making your health care experience a pleasant one. We want to know when we delivered on our promise as well as where we have opportunity for improvement.

We send confidential patient surveys to many of our inpatients, as well as to those who use our emergency room services. If you don’t receive a survey or don’t want to wait until it arrives in the mail, we welcome your comments through this site. Your comments will be directed to the appropriate office, department or nursing unit for review.
