Patient Rights & Responsibilities

As a patient of Coshocton Regional Medical Center, our emergency room or hospital-based physician clinic, you have important rights and responsibilities when it comes to your health. Included in your rights are the right to have access to care, your right of personal dignity, and the right to understand and consent or refuse treatment.

Your responsibilities include such things as giving us with the personal health information we need to provide treatment, keeping scheduled appointments and following your physician's prescribed treatment plan.
