Your medical records provide the history of your treatment at Coshocton
Hospital including diagnosis, surgery or treatments performed, medications
given and any other records that pertain to your medical care. Our physicians,
nurses and other healthcare providers provide the detail of care that
comprises your record, which stands as an important resource for information
when future health care services are needed. Our medical record staff
serves as a communication link among these caregivers, so your record
of treatment is effectively maintained. These medical records professionals
also ensure that all of your personal health information is kept private
in accordance with federal and state laws.
