If You Have Insurance

We accept a large number of health plans and networks. If you have health insurance, we will first bill your insurance company after your visit. You will also receive a statement from us showing we have billed your insurance, and we will follow up with the final bill showing what your insurance has paid and if there is a balance still owed.

The final bill reflects the remaining balance. To pay your bill online, please click here.

If you are not able to pay the balance in full, we have payment plans available. Please contact a financial services representative by calling 1-800-880-2056.

If You Don’t Have Insurance

If you don’t have insurance, we can apply a discount to your bill. After the discount, we will ask for the payment in full. If you aren’t able to pay, we can work with you to set up a payment plan or assist you with other options such as signing up for Medicaid. Please contact the hospital cashier by calling (740) 623-4021 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our Financial Counselors Can Help

Whether you have insurance or not, we can help with payment plans and other options.

If you meet certain poverty guidelines, there may be other help available. Basic hospital services that are deemed medically necessary are provided free of charge or at reduced fees for those who are unable to pay; your family income must be at or below 350 percent of the government’s poverty guidelines to be eligible. If you think you may qualify, please print the financial assistance application and mail it to the address listed on the application.
